Shaba Shabu incorporates authentic Thai and Japanese cuisine served in a urban, contemporary setting. Shaba is the Thai word for hibiscus, the tropical flower. Shabu in Japanese translates to swish, which refers to the creative way of preparing raw beef and seafood at the table.
