The State Club Restaurant is a first-class dining facility located at the Park Alumni Center on NC
State’s Centennial Campus. With a variety of affordable fare, guests can enjoy lunch weekdays
from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Free parking is available and reservations are recommended for

Executive Chef, Chad Cliffe was fortunate to discover his passion for food at an early age while working at his grandfather’s waterfront restaurant.  After graduating from the California Culinary Academy, he built his career at fine dining establishments, resorts and wine vineyards along the central coast of California.  During this time Chef Chad became specialized in seafood and was involved with farmers and vendors at the beginning of the locavore movement.  Chef Chad was fortunate to own a Food Truck and Catering business, which paved the way to operating a full-service restaurant.  After a successful run in two of Michigan’s noteworthy golf courses, he relocated to Raleigh to explore and put down roots.  Chef Chad is excited to be apart of the Park Alumni Center team and serve guests contemporary food that is good for the body and great on the pallet.
